We currently ship products across India through courier, logistics, and delivery partners. Orders may be managed with the support of ShopDeck and related service partners.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, customization time, manufacturing process, order quantity, packaging, delivery location, courier partner, weather conditions, festivals, transport delays, or other unavoidable situations.
Customers must provide correct name, mobile number, shipping address, landmark, and pincode. Krishna Krishna International will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete customer details.

8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before shipping, manufacturing, customization, printing, or packing has started.
Once an order is customized, manufactured, packed, or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Krishna Krishna International reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, payment issue, wrong pricing, incorrect details, suspicious activity, or service limitations.
9. Return, Replacement, and Refund
Returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted only under specific conditions mentioned in our Return and Refund Policy.
Damage, wrong product, missing item, or defective product claims must be reported within the allowed claim period.
A clear unboxing video is mandatory for any damage, wrong product, missing item, or defect claim. The video must show the sealed package, shipping label, full opening process, and product condition without cuts or pauses.
Without a proper unboxing video, damage or missing item claims may not be accepted.
Customized products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless the issue is verified as our manufacturing or dispatch fault.
10. Repair and Service
If any product requires repair after delivery, the customer must contact us first and share photos, videos, and complete issue details.
After review, if repair is possible, the customer will need to send the product safely to our address. After inspection, we will repair the product and send it back.
Courier charges, repair charges, spare part charges, service charges, or transportation charges may be borne by the customer unless the issue is confirmed as our manufacturing or dispatch fault within the valid claim period.
11. Warranty and Guarantee
Warranty or guarantee, if applicable, will be mentioned on the product page, catalogue, invoice, packaging, or order confirmation.
Warranty or guarantee does not cover:
